Online Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
You
You are worried, stressed, and stuck. You want to feel whole, connected, and strong. You are looking for therapy and counseling to get there.
I am anxious
You’re constantly worrying, feeling on edge, or stuck in cycles of overthinking. Anxiety may be affecting your sleep, your work, and your relationships. Therapy for anxiety helps you understand why your mind reacts the way it does and gives you practical tools to calm your thoughts and body. Through proven approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, you can learn how to manage stress, reduce panic, and feel more grounded in daily life.
I have relationship problems
You’re having the same arguments over and over, or communication with someone you care about has become tense or distant. Relationship challenges can leave you feeling misunderstood, frustrated, or disconnected. Relationship counseling gives you a safe place to talk openly and work through what’s happening. In therapy, you can learn healthier ways to communicate, resolve conflict, and rebuild trust so your relationships feel stronger and more supportive.

I have social challenges
You feel anxious or uncomfortable in social situations. Conversations can feel difficult to start, and you may find yourself worrying about how others see you. Social challenges like these can make it harder to build the connections you want. Therapy helps you understand these patterns and develop skills that make social interactions feel more natural. With support, you can build confidence, reduce social anxiety, and feel more comfortable being yourself around others.
I am grieving
You’re carrying the weight of a loss that still feels heavy. Grief can show up as sadness, anger, confusion, or even numbness, and it can make everyday life feel harder than it used to. Grief counseling provides a supportive space where you can talk about what you’ve lost and process your emotions at your own pace. Over time, therapy can help you honor the loss while finding ways to move forward with meaning and connection.
I just need help
Life feels overwhelming, and you’re not exactly sure why. You may feel stuck, burned out, or unsure about the direction your life is going. Therapy gives you a place to slow down and talk honestly about what’s going on. With the right support, you can gain clarity, work through what’s weighing on you, and begin moving toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
We want to help you feel whole, connected, and strong. We are licensed mental health therapists and counselors. We provide online therapy statewide in Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Texas, and Utah.

You’re constantly overthinking, overwhelmed, or on edge—and you're tired of it. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t let you rest, relationship tension that feels unfixable, or a sense that you’ve lost touch with who you really are. You want to feel grounded, confident, and clear about your direction in life. Most of all, you want real relief and lasting change, not just to cope, but to truly heal and move forward.
I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship issues, depression, identity issues, parenting, and life transitions. My approach is holistic—together we’ll connect emotional health with things like sleep, nutrition, and movement to support healing from the inside out. I use evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT.
It takes courage to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate this alone. In our work together, you’ll be heard and respected. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, I’d love to be part of that journey. Let's meet for a free 15 minute consultation to make sure we're a good fit.
Cade always says that mountains make you strong. If you choose to join him on an outdoor therapeutic adventure, he will help you have your own experience overcoming the challenges of mountains, and experience the joy that comes from sharing those adventures with those you love.

The feeling of stagnation could be due to lack of motivation, anxiety, depression, grief, loss or low self-esteem. I want to provide you with a safe space and listening ear to help you process your concerns and work through them. No judgement. Sometimes life feels overwhelming—family conflicts, transitions, grief, or struggles with addiction can leave you feeling stuck or isolated. I’m here to help you navigate those challenges and find practical, lasting solutions. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts from Antioch New England Graduate School and over 25 years of clinical experience. My work spans individual, family, and group therapy, including substance use and addiction treatment. I have had the privilege of serving clients in diverse settings across the country, from residential and therapeutic schools to young adult transition programs, outpatient counseling, equine-assisted psychotherapy, wilderness therapy, and addiction recovery programs.
Born and raised in Maine, I now call the mountains and rivers of Montana and northern Idaho home. I have been happily married for 33 years and am a father of eleven, with ten grandchildren by the end of 2025.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy small-scale farming and ranching, hunting, fly fishing, boating, camping, skiing, and playing soccer with my family.
I bring this same energy, commitment, and love for family life into my work, helping individuals and families grow, heal, and thrive together.
